    Dr. William Ferguson DAOM, LAc, Dipl. OM, MTOM, graduated from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, California, where he also completed his doctoral studies. He is nationally certified, licensed in both California and Colorado, and specializes in Internal and Physical Medicine. He routinely uses adjunct therapies like gua sha, cupping, tui na, electrostim, herbal medicine, and physio taping. As an undergraduate, he studied Philosophy at the University of New Orleans. Dr. Ferguson is a first-generation U.S. citizen, his grandfather – another Dr. Ferguson – immigrated from Scotland to work at Western State Hospital in Staunton, Virginia. Dr. Ferguson is a firm believer in the ability of the body to heal itself not only through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, but through proper diet, exercise, and the invocation of the will. As a life-long meditator, he has deep experience with the health benefits imparted by a calm spirit. His acupuncture style is definitively Japanese and he is known for his exceptionally gentle technique. Outside of acupuncture, Dr. Ferguson has spent 19 years studying traditional Japanese martial arts and currently holds the rank of San Dan (3rd-degree black belt) and Shidoshi-ho (assistant instructor) in the Bujinkan. He enjoys languages and speaks Japanese.

    Dr. Melati Stevens, DAOM, MSTCM, Dipl. Ac, E-RYT 500, is a nationally board certified and licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with a dual-specialization in Internal and Physical Medicine, extensively experienced in the treatment of Sports Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Immunology. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society, and received degrees in English and Fine Arts, from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude and With Distinction. She received her medical training from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA, where she received her specializations, earned the degree of Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and expanded her interests in Rehabilitative Medicine, Fertility, and Cardiology. Further medical training was gained through Colorado Chinese Medicine University in Denver, CO, where she completed her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, gaining her original proficiency in acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and several conjunct modalities including Cupping, Scalp, Auricular, and Electro-Stimulation Acupuncture. Dr. Melati strives to educate her patients with subtle lifestyle changes that, when adhered to over time, can lead to huge improvements in health, happiness, and overall wellbeing. When not immersed in the world of medicine, Dr. Melati is an avid yoga practitioner and fitness instructor, and teaches her own unparalleled blend of acupuncture-inspired yoga at studios in Denver. She is also an accomplished musician, having national touring experience, motorcycle enthusiast, and an avid learner of languages.

    Lacey is a Colorado state licensed acupuncturist who completed four academic years of education at the master’s degree level in an acupuncture and Chinese herbology program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM) at Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. She holds certification as a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), including certification in Clean Needle Technique. Throughout her career, Lacey has pursued specialized training in orthopedic acupuncture, pain management, Dr. Tan’s Balance Method, Distal Needling Acupuncture / Medical Pulse Diagnosis, women's health and fertility, pediatrics, and anxiety disorders. She is proficient in various complementary modalities such as electrical stimulation, cupping, guasha, tui na, shiatsu, and shonishin. Lacey’s approach to acupuncture and Chinese medicine is patient-centered, emphasizing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. She works closely with her patients to ensure they receive effective and holistic care that promotes their overall health and well-being. Outside of her professional practice, Lacey enjoys spending quality time with her family, diving into a good book, and indulging in her passion for baking.

    Kristen (aka Krissy) Barritt, MSTCM, L.Ac, RN, has a diverse healthcare background with over 14 years of experience. She blends eastern, western and functional medicine into her treatments.

    Krissy has extensive experience in musculoskeletal conditions especially post concussion/whiplash/migraines and pelvic floor conditions. She has certifications in Sports Medicine Acupuncture tm, trigger point acupuncture/dry needling, clean needle technique, acupoint injection therapy, and pelvic floor therapy. Krissy often uses adjunct therapies including electro stim (TENS), cupping, and myofascial release. She’s currently pursuing her Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Support Acupuncture. When not nerding out on all things medicine, you can find her hitting the slopes or curling up with a good book.

    Dee Watts MS L.Ac DiplAc is a Licensed Acupuncturist at Mountain View Pain Center's Lone Tree location.  She maintains a license to practice Acupuncture in Colorado and is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM). Dee's passion for natural healing was born from her personal health challenges. In her early 20’s, Dee battled candida and multiple food allergies. She began seeing a Licensed Acupuncturist on a regular basis and gradually gained her health back. Later in life acupuncture also played a critical role in resolving infertility and treating Lyme’s Disease symptoms. Inspired to help others, Dee left the corporate world and completed the 2,370 hour 28 month Acupuncture Masters Degree program at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Outside of work, Dee enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, spending time with her family: three amazing kids, her awesome husband Derek, chocolate lab Woody, and everyone’s favorite neighborhood cat, Jake.

    Dr. Candace Canerdy is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and now resides in Boulder, Colorado, where she enjoys spending time outdoors, making art, and traveling. She is a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM). She is licensed in Colorado and Tennessee, and a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dr. Candace received her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College located in Boulder, Colorado. In August 2018, she traveled to Harbin, China to study TCM in the advanced medical system at Heilongjiang Hospital. There, she was able to experience many treatment styles and protocols from highly skilled Chinese medicine physicians who specialized in treating patients diagnosed with stroke, Bell’s palsy, autoimmune disorders, cancer, pain, and many other disorders. In August 2022, Dr. Candace completed her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Integrative studies from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, as she is a painter, illustrator, and sculptor. Dr. Candace is passionate about treating patients using Traditional Chinese Medicine and is well-trained in Acupuncture and other modalities such as Cupping, Guasha, Shiatsu, Tuina, Plumblossom, Electrical Stimulation, Moxibustion as well as Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has always been fascinated with the efficacy of Chinese medicine as it aids to balance and harmonizes the patient on a multi-dimensional level. She enjoys treating pain, trauma, PTSD, and cumulative stress. Dr. Candace believes in listening to her patients on a deep level. Her mission is to determine the root cause of her patients' disorders rather than only treating symptoms. She believes wholeheartedly in the connection between practitioner and patient as well as the patients' readiness to heal.

    Melissa Guardiano earned her Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in April 2020. Melissa is also certified in Clean Needle Technique. Modalities Melissa utilizes other than acupuncture for optimal healing are electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, tui-na, gua-sha, acupressure, cupping, auriculotherapy, scalp, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations. She has additional training in the treatment of pre-natal, pregnancy, and post-natal women's health. Melissa’s approach to treatment is to meet the patient where they are and by having a conversation about how to assist their body to restore balance, relieve pain, and promote healing. Melissa is a Colorado native and additionally serves in the Colorado Army National Guard. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
