Mountain View Pain Center is an Arizona Pain Management practice with our clinics across the Phoenix metropolitan area, from Peoria and Glendale in the West Valley to Chandler and Mesa in the East Valley. Every one of them runs the same integrated model: medical Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic care and Acupuncture under one roof, sharing one chart, so your providers coordinate care instead of handing you off between practices.
Care is led by Shaun Gabriel, MD, double board-certified and fellowship-trained in interventional pain medicine, working with a team of physician assistants and nurse practitioners across the Valley. You can reach any Arizona clinic on (602) 325-2024, and in Arizona you do not need a referral to book with us.
The distinction that matters is diagnosis before treatment. A pain specialist is not a prescriber of last resort — the job is to identify which structure is generating your pain, then treat that structure. Low back pain coming from a facet joint is not treated the same way as low back pain coming from a disc, and the examination is what separates them.
From there, care runs from conservative through interventional as the findings warrant: Physical Therapy and Chiropractic first for most people, then image-guided epidural, facet, medial branch, sacroiliac or joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and nerve blocks where they are indicated. Our approach is opioid-sparing by design.
Every Phoenix-metro clinic runs Pain Management, Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture on one chart, so care can move between them without a new referral.

Request an appointmentWe accept most major Arizona plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Humana, Medicare, Tricare, workers’ compensation and auto/lien cases. We verify your benefits before the first visit, so you know what the appointment costs before you sit down rather than after.
We do not have a clinic in every town, so these pages name the nearest ones and how to get there: Surprise, Sun City, Avondale, Goodyear and Anthem.
Each names where an interventional procedure would be performed, and how appointments are billed.
