Our team contacts the patient, confirms benefits, and books them at the clinic nearest them. Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture are in the same building, so the plan can change without another referral.

Send us the patient whose pain has outlasted the first round of care. Back and neck pain that has not settled, sciatica and radiculopathy, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, arthritic joint pain, neuropathy and nerve pain, persistent headaches and migraines, and injuries from work or a collision.
What we can do that a single-discipline referral cannot is change direction without sending the patient back to you. Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture sit in the same building and work from the same chart, so if the plan is not working the plan changes, not the practice.
Consultation notes and the treatment plan after the first visit, then updates as care progresses. Imaging we order and any procedure report go back the same way. Tell us on the referral form where to send them and in what format, and we will match it.

No. Patients can book Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or Acupuncture directly. We welcome referrals because they give us your history and your question, which makes the first visit more useful, but nothing is gated behind one. Some insurance plans ask for a referral, and we check that when we call the patient.
Most patients are seen within the same week, often sooner. Our team contacts them, confirms benefits and books them at the clinic nearest them.

Yes, at every location in both Colorado and Arizona, and for all four service lines: Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture.
We treat them. Medical payments coverage and liens are both handled on the billing side, and because the pain physician, physical therapist and chiropractor work from one chart, the record the insurer or attorney receives covers the whole plan rather than one discipline. Medical transportation can be arranged and billed to the lien.
We are a non-surgical group. A patient who needs emergency care, inpatient care or a surgical opinion belongs in that setting instead. Where an interventional procedure is indicated we do it in office, or at our ambulatory surgery center in Denver.
