Care after a crash is usually billed to auto insurance or med-pay rather than your health plan, and in Colorado we can hold the lien directly, so treatment does not wait on a settlement. Bring your claim number and adjuster contact if you have them. If you do not, we will work it out with you.
Nobody should find out what a visit costs after the visit. When you request an appointment, the front desk runs your benefits before you come in and tells you what to expect — whether the plan is active, whether it needs a referral or prior authorization, where you stand against your deductible, and how many visits the plan allows in a year for Physical Therapy or Chiropractic.
If something in that comes back awkward — a plan we do not bill, a benefit that has run out, no coverage at all — we tell you before you drive over, and we tell you what the visit would cost instead of leaving you to guess.

Yes, in both states — see what Medicare covers in Colorado and Arizona. Medicare covers Pain Management and Physical Therapy, and some Medicare plans also cover Acupuncture for chronic low back pain. We check what your specific plan covers before your visit.
In Arizona, AHCCCS is accepted for Pain Management only — not for Chiropractic, Physical Therapy or Acupuncture. If you are on AHCCCS and want one of the other three, tell us when you call and we will be straight with you about what it would cost.
