Mountain View Pain Center is a Colorado Pain Management practice with clinics across the Front Range — from Fort Collins and Greeley in the north, through the Denver metro, down to our clinics in Colorado Springs. Every one of them runs the same integrated model: medical Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic care and Acupuncture in the same building, sharing one chart, so your providers coordinate care instead of handing you off between practices.
Image-guided injections and interventional procedures are performed on site at our Northglenn clinic and at InterQuest in north Colorado Springs, and at our surgery center in Denver. Spine injections are also performed at Lowry on specific days. Joint and trigger point injections are performed at every clinic.
Interventional care is led by physicians who are double board-certified and fellowship-trained in interventional pain medicine, working with physician assistants and nurse practitioners at each site.

The distinction that matters is diagnosis before treatment. A pain specialist is not a prescriber of last resort — the job is to identify which structure is generating your pain, then treat that structure. Low back pain coming from a facet joint is not treated the same way as low back pain coming from a disc, and the examination is what separates them.
From there care runs from conservative through interventional as the findings warrant: Physical Therapy and Chiropractic first for most people, then image-guided epidural, facet, medial branch, sacroiliac and joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and nerve blocks where they are indicated. The approach is opioid-sparing by design.

Open enrollment runs October 15 to December 7, and a plan chosen then starts on 1 January. A second window runs January 1 to March 31, but it is narrower than most people expect: it is open only to people already in a Medicare Advantage plan on 1 January, it allows one change, and it does not let you move into Medicare Advantage from Original Medicare.
If you are already being treated, two rules matter more than the dates. A network can change under you at any time — Medicare states plainly that a plan may add or remove providers during the year, and although plans are expected to give notice, a provider leaving does not by itself let you switch. And changing plans does not reset your approvals: the new plan must allow at least 90 days before requiring a fresh prior authorization, and an approval you already hold stays valid for as long as the treatment is medically necessary.
