Dr. Erhuy is the co-founder and CEO of Mountain View Pain Center, a leading multidisciplinary healthcare organization dedicated to redefining the way pain is treated. With a rapidly expanding network of locations throughout Colorado and Arizona, Mountain View Pain Center has flourished under Dr. Erhuy's leadership into a trusted name in integrative care — combining chiropractic, physical therapy, interventional pain management, massage therapy, acupuncture and pain psychology to deliver personalized, results-driven treatment. A passionate advocate for patient-centered innovation, Dr. Erhuy has cultivated a team-first culture where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement thrive. This ecosystem of excellence supports his fundamental leadership philosophy: invest in people, lead with purpose, and never compromise on the patient experience. Born in Adana, Turkey, and raised in Southern California and Arizona, Dr. Erhuy's journey into healthcare began at the University of Arizona. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Over the years, he has built his career on a foundation of clinical excellence and operational vision. Today, Dr. Erhuy focuses on driving strategic growth, empowering clinical leaders, and scaling systems that ensure quality care without compromise. His transformative approach to integrated care—where multiple disciplines converge to create comprehensive healing pathways for patients—has revolutionized pain management outcomes and patient satisfaction. Under his direction, Mountain View Pain Center continues to expand its reach—offering hope, healing, and an elevated standard of care for a growing patient community across multiple states. Outside the office, Dr. Erhuy finds his greatest joy in his role as a husband and father to his son and daughter. He enjoys traveling with his family and finding inspiration in life's everyday moments.

University of Central Oklahoma and Parker College of Chiropractic–Dr. McNally has completed the postgraduate certification course for chiropractic neurology, at Parker College. He also has a strong background in sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, whiplash injuries, disc injuries and rehabilitation of common nagging athletic problems. Dr. McNally also is trained in pediatrics, orthopedics, and nutrition. Originally born in Walnut Creek, California, Dr. McNally spent many years moving around the country and overseas. He spent most of his childhood in Alaska, England, and Texas. A very active athlete , Dr. McNally played hockey up into the junior level. In fact, it was his love for hockey, and the Colorado Avalanche, that originally gave him the idea to one day practice sports medicine and chiropractic care in the area. Dr. McNally is the co-founder and CRO for Mountain View Pain Center.

Dr. Shaun Gabriel, MD CMO

Dr. Gabriel is a double board-certified, fellowship trained interventional pain physician, as well as the Medical Director. He completed his BA in Medical Ethics and Anthropology at the University of Chicago, where he was the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, while also graduating among the top of his class with both General and Special Honors. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his outstanding patient care. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with multiple honors, and went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine with the Department of Anesthesiology. As a physiatrist and interventional pain physician, Dr. Gabriel’s goal is to alleviate pain and restore function for patients through non-surgical approaches. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in the diagnosis, management and treatment of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders, as well as a wide array of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries. He has been named a top-rated pain specialist among peers and patients, has presented numerous times at national meetings, and is published in peer-reviewed pain medicine journals. Dr. Gabriel’s clinical interests are broad, and include intervertebral disc disease, facet neurotomy, failed back surgery syndrome, spinal cord stimulation and regenerative medicine. In his personal time, Dr. Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, traveling, running, playing music, painting, hiking and snowboarding.
