Executive Team

Dr. Erhuy is the co-founder and CEO of Mountain View Pain Center, a multidisciplinary pain practice with clinics across Colorado and Arizona. The group brings Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture together in one clinic, so a patient's plan is built and adjusted by one team working from the same chart.

Born in Adana, Turkey, and raised in Southern California and Arizona, he began his healthcare training at the University of Arizona. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.

His work now centers on growth, supporting the clinical directors who run each service line, and building the systems that keep care consistent from one clinic to the next.

Outside the office, Dr. Erhuy is a husband and father to a son and daughter, and travels with his family when he can.

University of Central Oklahoma and Parker College of Chiropractic–Dr. McNally has completed the postgraduate certification course for Chiropractic neurology, at Parker College. He also has a strong background in sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, whiplash injuries, disc injuries and rehabilitation of common nagging athletic problems. Dr. McNally also is trained in pediatrics, orthopedics, and nutrition. Originally born in Walnut Creek, California, Dr. McNally spent many years moving around the country and overseas. He spent most of his childhood in Alaska, England, and Texas. A very active athlete , Dr. McNally played hockey up into the junior level. In fact, it was his love for hockey, and the Colorado Avalanche, that originally gave him the idea to one day practice sports medicine and Chiropractic care in the area. Dr. McNally is the co-founder and CRO for Mountain View Pain Center.

Dr. Gabriel is a double board-certified, fellowship trained interventional pain physician, as well as the Medical Director. He completed his BA in Medical Ethics and Anthropology at the University of Chicago, where he was the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, while also graduating among the top of his class with both General and Special Honors. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his outstanding patient care. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with multiple honors, and went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine with the Department of Anesthesiology. As a physiatrist and interventional pain physician, Dr. Gabriel’s goal is to alleviate pain and restore function for patients through non-surgical approaches. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in the diagnosis, management and treatment of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders, as well as a wide array of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries. He has been named a top-rated pain specialist among peers and patients, has presented numerous times at national meetings, and is published in peer-reviewed pain medicine journals. Dr. Gabriel’s clinical interests are broad, and include intervertebral disc disease, facet neurotomy, failed back surgery syndrome, spinal cord stimulation and regenerative medicine. In his personal time, Dr. Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, traveling, running, playing music, painting, hiking and snowboarding.

Stephen Gubernick is an experienced healthcare executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of leadership in building and growing multidisciplinary medical organizations. He has a proven record of creating strong systems, improving operations, and leading teams that deliver meaningful results. As Chief Operating Officer, Stephen oversees strategy, operations, and expansion across multiple locations. He focuses on creating efficient processes, supporting high performing teams, and developing a patient experience that reflects excellence at every level. His leadership style blends practical business sense with a deep understanding of healthcare, helping teams stay aligned around clear goals and consistent execution. Stephen is passionate about turning good medical practices into great organizations by combining quality care, financial strength, and a strong team culture. He is known for simplifying complex challenges, building trust, and helping others grow into effective leaders. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys exploring new ideas in healthcare innovation and staying active in sports and fitness.
