Colorado · Arizona

Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

Our clinics. Two states. One chart.

Most people in pain end up assembling their care from separate practices that never speak to each other. Here the four work in the same clinic and read the same notes, so the plan changes when your pain does.

What we treat, and how we treat it

Care starts with an examination and a diagnosis, not a prescription pad. What happens next depends on what that examination finds, and it can draw on any of these four, in any combination, without you going anywhere else.

Pain Management

Double board-certified physicians

Finding the structure that is actually generating the pain, and treating it there. Care runs from conservative through interventional as the examination and imaging warrant, and it is opioid-sparing by design.

One team, one chart, one building

  1. An examination first

Not a prescription pad. We find out what is actually generating the pain before anything is treated.

  2. A plan built from what the exam found

Any of the four services, in any combination, adjusted as you respond.

  3. Everything in one building, on one chart

Your physical therapist knows what the physician did before you sit down.

  4. Injections or ablation only when conservative care is not enough

    Never by default.

Getting seen

Every clinic keeps the same four specialties, the same hours and the same chart.

No referral needed to book

You do not need a referral to book. A few insurance plans require one for coverage; we check that when we verify your benefits.

Seen within the week

Usually within the week. Call or book online. Every clinic keeps the same hours, Mon–Thu 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Fri 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Benefits checked first

We verify your coverage before the visit, so you know what it costs before you are treated.

What patients say

Great place for chronic pain issues. I came here after a failed ablation elsewhere that made my pain much worse, and I was given far more options than I had been before. The team has been genuinely compassionate and creative about trying new things when something does not work.
Google review
My husband found this place for me when I was suffering with horrible back issues. I had an exam, was sent over to the Pain Management side, then for injections and on to a surgeon. After eight years of nobody ever helping me, I was seen here and got relief within a few months.
Google review
I have been to a lot of clinics and this is the first one where everyone actually talked to each other. My therapist knew what the doctor had done before I sat down, so I was not explaining myself from scratch every visit.

What each of the four covers

Pain Management. Our clinics treat acute and chronic pain, from a first flare to pain that has been there for years. The work starts with finding the root cause rather than covering it, and it runs from conservative treatment through interventional Pain Management — epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation — when the examination and imaging warrant it. Plans are written for one person and adjusted as function and quality of life improve.

Physical Therapy. Beyond general rehabilitation exercises, our physical therapists provide sports and dynamic Physical Therapy, spine and sport therapy, vestibular therapy for dizziness and balance, pelvic floor therapy and dry needling. Common reasons for a referral include TMJ, sciatica, thoracic pain and spurring, post-surgical rehabilitation and work and sports injuries.

Chiropractic. Chiropractic care is available at every clinic without a referral, and a good share of it is auto accident chiropractor work across Colorado and Arizona. Treatment covers sciatica, herniated and bulging discs, migraines and neck pain, and reaches past the spine to complaints such as trigger finger, ear and jaw pain and inflamed ankles. The full list is on conditions we treat.

Acupuncture. Licensed acupuncturists use fine acupuncture needles alongside integrative techniques to settle inflammation and quiet a pain cycle — most often for back pain, arthritis, headaches and nerve pain — so that rehabilitation can do its work.

Our Pain Management doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists work as one multi-disciplinary team in the same building rather than as four separate practices, and every one of them can see what the others have already tried. That is the whole argument for the way this practice is built, and how it has grown since 2009 is in Our Story.

Where we are

Mountain View Pain Center operates our clinics across Colorado and Arizona, offering board-certified Pain Management, Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy, and Acupuncture. Whether you are dealing with back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions, our teams build personalized treatment plans designed to treat the structure causing the pain, not only the symptom.

Our Colorado locations span the Denver metro (Central Park, Downtown Denver, Lowry, Northglenn, East Aurora, Southeast Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Lafayette, Littleton, Lone Tree), Colorado Springs (Central, North, and South), and Northern Colorado (Fort Collins and Greeley). In Arizona, we serve the greater Phoenix metro including Glendale, Peoria, Deer Valley, Northwest Phoenix, Chandler, and Mesa.

Every clinic keeps the same hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and no referral is needed to be seen for any of our services. See all Colorado clinics or all Arizona clinics.
