With over 20 years in nursing, Kimberly Falkenstein is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients at Mountain View Pain Center manage chronic pain and mental health challenges. Combining conventional psychiatric care with complementary therapies, Kimberly provides personalized, holistic treatment plans to improve patients’ quality of life. Her education includes a Nursing Diploma from Riverside School of Professional Nursing, a BSN from Drexel University, and an MSN with honors from Purdue University Global, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Now a doctoral candidate, her research focuses on advancing psychiatric care. Kimberly’s experience across NICU, ER, ICU, and hospice settings deepens her understanding of patient needs, and her perspective as a mother of a medically complex child adds unique empathy to her approach. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, yoga, and cheering on Colorado teams with her family.
