Mountain View Pain Center does not have a clinic in Castle Rock. Two of ours sit just north of it up I-25: Lone Tree, at Park Meadows, and Highlands Ranch, on Plaza Drive. Our Lone Tree clinic already draws patients from Castle Pines and the rest of south Douglas County.
Both run the same model — Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture in one building, working from one treatment plan, so your care changes when your pain does instead of restarting at each new practice.
The Meadows, Founders Village and Plum Creek. Patients come to us from across Castle Rock, and from Castle Pines, Larkspur and Sedalia alongside it.
Both clinics do the full range. Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture at each, with a spinal decompression table at every clinic.
Injections without a second referral. Where an injection or interventional procedure is the right step, it is performed in office at one of our procedure clinics and coordinated from the clinic you are seen at.
No referral, and same-week appointments. You do not need a referral for any of our services, and appointments are usually available within the same week.
Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, joint pain and nerve pain are the reasons most people come in. We also see patients after car accidents and work injuries, and bill auto med-pay, workers' compensation or a lien so treatment is not waiting on a claim.
Bring any imaging you already have to the first visit. The examination comes first: what moves, what does not, and what is actually generating the pain.
Most major insurance is accepted at both clinics, and we are in network with most Medicare Advantage plans — call to confirm yours. We check your benefits before your first visit rather than after.
Do you have a clinic in Castle Rock?
Not in Castle Rock itself. Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch are the closest, and both offer the full range of services.
Which clinic should I go to?
Lone Tree is the straight run up I-25; Highlands Ranch is the better option from the west side of town. Either can see you — tell us your address when you request an appointment and we will point you to the right one.
Do I need a referral?
No. A referral is not needed for Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or Acupuncture.
Do you take my insurance?
Most major insurance is accepted, and we are in network with most Medicare Advantage plans — call to confirm yours. We verify your benefits before your first visit.
I was in a car accident. Can you bill the claim?
Yes. We can bill auto med-pay or hold the lien so you are not paying out of pocket while a claim is open.
Do you treat work injuries?
Yes. Workers' compensation is handled in house at every clinic in Colorado and Arizona, for every service line.
How soon can I be seen?
Appointments are usually available within the same week.
