A chiropractic evaluation and adjustment. We take a history, test how you move, and begin treatment when the exam supports it.
A chiropractic follow-up, or acupuncture instead where your clinic offers it. We book both visits when you call, so the second one is not left hanging.
Both visits include roller bed and electrical stimulation.

It takes about a minute. You do not need insurance details or a diagnosis to send it.
Usually the same business day. We book both visits at once and answer anything you want to ask first.
Bring a photo ID. If another provider has done imaging, bring that too so we are not repeating it.
New patients. If you have been seen at any Mountain View Pain Center clinic before, call us and we will tell you what your visit costs instead.
Not available with Medicare or Medicaid. If you would rather we bill your plan than use the special, say so when we call and we will check your benefits first.
