    Dr. Gabriel is a double board-certified, fellowship trained interventional pain physician, as well as the Medical Director. He completed his BA in Medical Ethics and Anthropology at the University of Chicago, where he was the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, while also graduating among the top of his class with both General and Special Honors. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his outstanding patient care. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with multiple honors, and went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine with the Department of Anesthesiology. As a physiatrist and interventional pain physician, Dr. Gabriel’s goal is to alleviate pain and restore function for patients through non-surgical approaches. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in the diagnosis, management and treatment of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders, as well as a wide array of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries. He has been named a top-rated pain specialist among peers and patients, has presented numerous times at national meetings, and is published in peer-reviewed pain medicine journals. Dr. Gabriel’s clinical interests are broad, and include intervertebral disc disease, facet neurotomy, failed back surgery syndrome, spinal cord stimulation and regenerative medicine. In his personal time, Dr. Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, traveling, running, playing music, painting, hiking and snowboarding.

    San Diego State University- Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University with an emphasis in MFT and MSPAS at Midwestern University. Maegan Kitzmann is a Physician Assistant who was born and raised in California. She attended SDSU for her undergraduate degree and completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. After working in that field for a short time, she made the decision to change paths and went on to become a Physician Assistant. She has been a PA in Arizona since 2016 with a background in pain management and family medicine. She is committed to her patients and their wellbeing and is very passionate about interventional medicine. On a personal note, Maegan enjoys traveling, watching sports and spending time with her family, friends, and furbabies.

    Christian Brothers University – Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Nick Taylor is a Physician Assistant from New York State. He was recruited to run NCAA Division II cross country and track at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was an NCAA Division II All-Region Athlete. He later went on to receive his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. During his time as a student, he worked as an emergency department nursing assistant at a trauma center. He is a member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Nick is passionate about musculoskeletal and interventional pain medicine and takes pride in helping his patients move towards greater functionality to enjoy life to the fullest. In his free time, Nick enjoys fitness classes, running, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with his friends and family.

    Brandon Ochs is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Originally from California, he has lived in Mesa, Arizona, for the past ten years. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, where he later returned to obtain his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family practice. With extensive experience in a level one trauma center's emergency department and an outpatient surgery center specializing in interventional pain management, Brandon has cultivated a strong passion for functional medicine. He is dedicated to empowering clients to manage pain and achieve optimal health through comprehensive care. Outside of his professional commitments, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities, and playing pickleball and golf.

    Dixie State University – Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Indiana State University – Master of Science in Nursing. Curtis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is originally from the Philippines. He has since lived in California, Utah, and now Arizona. Prior to becoming an NP, he started his career working as a Certified Nurse Assistant for 6 years at St. George Regional Hospital. He then transitioned to a Registered Nurse where he took on a role of a Charge Nurse on the Medical-Surgical unit. He later went on to receive his M.S. in Nursing and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. His favorite part of being an NP is being able to help patients heal effectively and resume their normal activities. Outside of work, Curtis enjoys hiking, fishing, weightlifting, reading, and traveling.
