Mountain View Pain Center does not have a clinic inside Arvada. Two of ours sit close to it: Lakewood, on South Union Boulevard, and Northglenn, on Grant Street. Which one is quicker depends on which side of Wadsworth you start from.
Lakewood is in the Union Tower building, west of Belmar and near the Union Blvd/Kipling St corridor; Northglenn is off 120th Ave and Grant St. Each has free parking, and in either building your physical therapist, chiropractor and pain physician work from one chart, so your plan can change as you progress without a referral out or a repeated history.
Olde Town, Candelas, Leyden Rock and West Woods. Patients come to us from across Arvada, and from Wheat Ridge, Westminster and Golden alongside it.
Both clinics do the full range. Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture are all offered at Lakewood and at Northglenn, and each building has a spinal decompression table.
Injections without a second referral. Where an image-guided injection or interventional procedure is the right step, Northglenn performs those in office. Lakewood coordinates to it.
No referral, and same-week appointments. Neither Lakewood nor Northglenn asks for a referral, whichever of our services you want, and appointments are usually available the same week.
Back pain and sciatica, neck pain, herniated discs, joint pain and nerve pain are what bring most people in. Lakewood sees low back pain and sciatica more than anything else, alongside neck pain and the headaches that start at the base of the skull, and trail and ski injuries from the foothills are a steady part of its caseload. At Northglenn, back pain accounts for more visits than anything else, and workers' compensation cases are a routine part of the caseload.
After a car accident we bill med-pay directly and work on a lien when an attorney is involved, so care does not have to wait on the claim. Bring any imaging you already have to the first visit; if there is none, it can be ordered from the Lakewood or Northglenn office when the findings warrant it. The examination comes first, to establish whether the problem is mechanical, inflammatory or nerve-related before anyone decides what to do about it.
Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare are accepted at both clinics, among other plans, and we are in network with most Medicare Advantage plans — call to confirm yours. We check your benefits before your first visit rather than after.
Do you have a clinic in Arvada?
Not inside Arvada itself. Lakewood on South Union Boulevard and Northglenn on Grant Street are the closest, and both offer the full range of services.
Which clinic should I go to from Arvada?
It depends where in Arvada you are. Lakewood is the more direct run from south and west Arvada; Northglenn from the east side. Either can see you — tell us your address when you request an appointment and we will point you to the right one.
Do I need a referral to be seen at Lakewood or Northglenn?
No. Neither clinic needs one for Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or Acupuncture, and Colorado does not require a referral to see a chiropractor.
Do you take my insurance?

After a car accident, can you bill the claim?
Yes. Lakewood and Northglenn both bill auto med-pay and can hold the lien, so you are not paying out of pocket while a claim is open.
Can I get injections at these clinics?
Northglenn performs image-guided injections and interventional procedures in office. Lakewood coordinates to it, so you are not sent to a separate practice. Joint and trigger point injections are performed at both clinics.
How soon can I be seen?
