Loveland

The nearest clinics, one north and one east

There is no Mountain View Pain Center clinic in Loveland itself. The two that serve it sit in different directions: Harmony, at 3491 E Harmony Road in Fort Collins, is a straight run north; Greeley, at 1900 16th Street, is east along US-34.

Which one suits you usually comes down to which way you already drive. People on the west side of Loveland tend north to Harmony; people out towards Centerra and I-25 often find Greeley the easier trip.

Both carry the full service line — Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture under one roof, working from a single treatment plan — so the choice is about the drive rather than about what you can be treated for.

The routes

How people actually get there

North to Harmony is US-287 through the middle, or I-25 from the Crossroads Boulevard interchange if you are already on the east side. East to Greeley is US-34 the whole way, past Boyd Lake and out through Johnstown.

Patients come to us from across Loveland — downtown and Old Town, Mariana Butte, Seven Lakes, The Ridge and Centerra — and from Berthoud, Johnstown, Campion and Masonville around it.

No referral is needed for any of our services. Benefits are checked before the first visit and appointments are usually available within the same week. Real-time translation is available through Lumi.

Care

What is treated, and where a procedure happens

Most of what we see in northern Colorado has been going on a while before anyone books: low back pain and sciatica, neck pain and the headaches that come with it, a disc pressing a nerve, a knee or a hip that has stopped tolerating what it used to, neuropathy, and injuries from a collision or from work.

The first appointment is an examination. What moves, what does not, what reproduces the pain, and what the likely source is. Imaging is arranged where it would change the plan and skipped where it would not.

Where an injection or an interventional procedure is the right step, it is performed in office at our Northglenn clinic, with the Fort Collins or Greeley team arranging the appointment and managing the care around it. Nothing about your treatment restarts because a procedure happens elsewhere; it is one chart throughout.

FAQs

Is there a Mountain View Pain Center clinic in Loveland?

No. Harmony in Fort Collins, at 3491 E Harmony Road, and Greeley, at 1900 16th Street, are the two that serve Loveland.

Which one should I pick?

Whichever direction you already drive. North on US-287 or I-25 reaches Harmony; east on US-34 reaches Greeley. Both offer the same services.

Do I need a referral?

No. Book directly for Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or Acupuncture. Appointments are usually available within the same week.

Where would an injection be done?

In office at our Northglenn clinic, with the Fort Collins or Greeley team arranging it and handling the care around it.

Is everything in one building?

At each clinic, yes — Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture together, working from one treatment plan.

What happens at the first visit?

An examination and a history, not a treatment on arrival. Imaging is arranged only where it would change what is done next.

Do you take my insurance?

Most major commercial plans are accepted and most Medicare Advantage plans are in network in Colorado. Benefits are checked before your first appointment.

What if a car accident caused it?

Billing runs through the med-pay portion of the auto policy, an attorney lien, or your health plan, and is arranged at the first visit.

Northern Colorado pain care without a referral and without a wait list.

No referral is needed to be evaluated, appointments are usually available within the same week, and benefits are checked before the first visit.
