Treating providers for your injured clients

Mountain View Pain Center treats injured clients at clinics across Colorado and Arizona. Pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy and acupuncture are in the same building and on the same chart, so when a client’s care moves from an adjustment to injections, or from therapy to an interventional procedure, it moves without a new referral and without a second set of records to request.

No referral is needed for any of our services. Appointments are usually available within the same week. Spanish-language communication is available at every clinic through real-time translation.

Documentation

One chart, and a record that holds up

Your care is delivered by a team — board-certified Pain Management physicians, the advanced-practice providers they supervise, chiropractors and physical therapists — all working from one chart, so the record your adjuster or attorney receives is complete and consistent.

Every Mountain View Pain Center chiropractor is trained in whiplash and auto-injury care.

Billing

How we bill after a collision

After a collision we bill auto med-pay directly, or we hold the lien ourselves, so your client is not paying out of pocket while the claim is open. Workers’ compensation and federal workers’ compensation are handled in house.

Benefits are verified before the first visit, not after. Most major insurance is accepted at every clinic. If a plan is not listed, our team will check it.

Medical transportation is available for accident patients, and it can be billed to the lien, so getting to appointments is not the thing that ends a course of treatment early.

Procedures and imaging

Interventional procedures are performed at our own procedure clinics — Northglenn and north Colorado Springs in Colorado, Mesa and Westgate in Arizona — or at our surgery center in Denver. Clients seen at any other clinic are scheduled at the nearest of these. In Arizona, guided injections at Westgate in Glendale and at Mesa are performed under fluoroscopy on site, so the needle is placed under live imaging rather than by landmark alone.

FAQs

Do you accept a letter of protection or a lien?

Yes. After a collision we bill auto med-pay directly, or we hold the lien ourselves, so your client is not paying out of pocket while the claim is open.

Does my client need a referral?

No. A referral is not needed for any of our services.

How soon can my client be seen?

Appointments are usually available within the same week.

Do you treat in both Colorado and Arizona?

Yes. Clinics across the Denver metro, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Greeley and the Phoenix Valley, all one organization on one record system.

Will my client see more than one kind of provider?

They can. Pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy and acupuncture are in the same building and on the same chart, so care can move between them without a new referral.

Do you handle workers’ compensation?

Yes, including federal workers’ compensation, handled in house.

Are injections done in your offices?

Yes. Interventional procedures are performed in our own offices. In Arizona, guided injections at Westgate and Mesa are done under fluoroscopy on site.

Do you provide transportation for accident patients?

Yes. Medical transportation is available for accident patients, and it can be billed to the lien.

Send us a client and the record will be ready when you need it.
