Imaging when the examination calls for it — we can order it rather than send you elsewhere and wait a week for the report. Pain Management providers are on staff, so if an adjustment is not the right answer a diagnostic injection or nerve block is available without a new referral, scheduled from here and performed at Northglenn, Lowry, InterQuest and/or MVSS, our surgery center. Physical Therapy is in the same clinic: adjustment restores motion, therapy keeps it, and both clinicians read the same chart.

One record. Nobody re-takes your history, and nobody guesses what the other provider did. If your problem is a simple joint restriction, you get an adjustment and go home. If it is a disc pressing on a nerve root, you are already in the building where that gets diagnosed and treated.

You do not need a referral. Colorado is a direct access state, so you can book at the Fort Collins clinic, be examined, and begin treatment. Tell us how urgent it is when you call and we will find the earliest opening.

Some insurance plans require a referral for coverage rather than for access — we check that when we verify your benefits. We take Medicare, Tricare, workers’ compensation and auto and lien cases. Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) is accepted for Pain Management and Physical Therapy only — not for Chiropractic or Acupuncture.

Knee pain relief is one of the most requested services at our Fort Collins location, and the causes vary widely. Runners and cyclists on the Poudre Trail tend to arrive with overuse patterns and tracking problems. Older patients more often have joint surface wear that makes stairs and getting out of a chair the hardest parts of the day. Others come in after a twist, a fall or a skiing weekend.

Our providers assess the knee alongside the hip, ankle and gait, since knee pain frequently originates above or below the joint itself. Depending on the findings, care may involve manual treatment, strengthening work, bracing guidance or a joint injection to reduce inflammation enough for rehabilitation to take hold. Shoulder pain relief in Fort Collins usually starts with identifying which structure is involved. Rotator cuff irritation, impingement, frozen shoulder and bursitis all limit the same movements but call for different care.
