I earned my degree from High Point University, and my passion for physical therapy stems from a deep desire to empower individuals to reclaim control over their lives and manage pain independently. Witnessing patients regain movement and engage in activities they once believed were out of reach after surgery or trauma continually inspires my work. A few fun facts about me: I’m the only lefty in my family, a proud Colorado native, and an avid lover of the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, or rock climbing. Soccer has been a lifelong passion, and I still find time to play. I also share my adventures with my poodle, Murphy, and enjoy exploring all that Colorado has to offer. In my treatments, I like to use everything from manual to exercise interventions to modalities. How I treat all depends on my patient presentation and what evidence based research shows is most effective for that patient presentation.

These experiences helped me discover my true passion—helping others through patient care. I’ve learned that supporting a patient’s autonomy is key and that care should extend beyond the areas of concern. It’s about the whole person—their unique background, lifestyle, and the activities that bring them joy. Living in Colorado, I’m fortunate to work with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own goals and aspirations. When I’m not helping others achieve their goals, I enjoy hiking with my pets, Olympic weightlifting, reading, and exploring new hobbies.
